In 2024, I had the privilege of leading and managing all planning and logistics for TEDxEndicottCollege, an independently organized TEDx event designed to bring the power of “ideas worth spreading” to the Endicott community. Hosted in the Klebanoff Auditorium on April 4, 2024, the event centered around the theme “Be Your Beacon,” inviting dynamic speakers to share thought-provoking insights that encouraged our audience to reflect, connect, and be inspired.

As the event planner, I was responsible for coordinating every aspect—from speaker management and program flow to staging, production needs, audience logistics, and overall event experience. My goal was to ensure the evening reflected both the TEDx mission and Endicott College’s commitment to transformational learning, leadership, and community engagement.

TEDxEndicottCollege offered a curated blend of live speakers and TED Talk videos, creating an intimate, intellectually charged environment where participants could engage deeply with new ideas. The event brought together diverse voices, sparked meaningful discussion, and embodied the innovative, collaborative spirit that TEDx represents.

Bringing this program to life was an incredibly fulfilling experience, and I’m proud to have played a central role in delivering an event that left a lasting impact on our campus and community.
