I oversaw and executed all planning and logistics for “Exploring the College Presidency,” an intensive three-day professional development program hosted at Endicott College. Designed by President DiSalvo, this symposium provides aspiring higher education leaders with a deep introduction to the knowledge, skills, and responsibilities required to step into a college or university presidency.

As the lead planner, I managed every component of the program, including scheduling, speaker coordination, venue management, materials preparation, hospitality, and overall attendee experience. The program brought together a distinguished group of participants—provosts, vice presidents, deans, and other senior leaders—creating a highly engaged and strategic environment for learning and leadership development.

My role required close collaboration with campus leadership, attention to high-level stakeholder needs, and the ability to deliver a seamless, professional, and intellectually rigorous three-day event.

I am proud to have supported this impactful initiative, which plays an important role in shaping the next generation of higher education presidents.
