In 2022, Endicott College participated in the U.S. Open Championship, hosting an exclusive hospitality suite overlooking the iconic 9th hole at The Country Club at Chestnut Hill. I led all event planning and on-site logistics for this initiative, managing the full guest experience while ensuring the suite reflected the strategic purpose of our presence at the tournament.

As the primary coordinator, I oversaw the design and décor of the space, vendor management, guest flow, and day-of operations. I also served as the point of communication between the College and high-profile donors, alumni, and invited guests, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience throughout the tournament.

This activation was a strategic move for the College—an opportunity to cultivate relationships, engage key stakeholders, and showcase Endicott in a prestigious national setting. Managing this event required precision, professionalism, and the ability to deliver a polished hospitality environment in one of golf’s most historic venues.
