As a member of the Commencement Committee at Endicott College, I lead the planning and execution of all events on the Friday preceding Commencement, including Baccalaureate & Awards, Nursing Pinning, and Doctoral Hooding. On Commencement Day, I manage the full Run-of-Show, overseeing every detail that occurs on the Commencement stage—from the Presidential Guest Speaker and all other speaking contributions to the processional of VIPs. I also coordinate VIP logistics, including parking, receptions, breakfasts, and seating, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.
