Endicott College hosts four Board of Trustees meetings each year, and before each meeting, the College welcomes all Trustees and their spouses, along with the President, Vice Presidents, and their spouses, to a formal fine-dining dinner. I oversee the full planning and creative direction for these dinners, working closely with our catering team to design a menu and wine service that complement both the season and the location in which the dinner is held.

My role includes selecting culinary themes, curating wine pairings, coordinating service details, and designing an atmosphere that feels elevated, thoughtful, and distinct from one dinner to the next. I take pride in ensuring that each event is unique—blending creativity, seasonal inspiration, and the preferences of our distinguished guests.

These Trustee Dinners are among my favorite events to plan, as they allow me to combine strategic planning with artistic vision, while creating memorable experiences for some of the College’s most engaged supporters and leaders.
